Hello and welcome my friends,
My name is Mary Meade and I am a Spiritual Healer and Medium. I am a native of Dublin but since 2000 I have been living in the beautiful countryside of Co. Cavan. My true gift is the ability to communicate with loved ones that have passed over to the world of spirit, but it is only in recent years that I call this ability a ‘gift’. Before that I was uncertain as to why I seemed to be different to those around me. Since I was a child, I have heard, seen and sensed the present of spirits but like many people with this gift I somehow believed that it was part of my imagination, and because I was raised a Catholic, I also was made believe that it was ‘wrong’ to talk to ‘dead people’.
For most of my early life my ability was frowned upon and indeed in some cases ridiculed and for this reason I chose not to speak of it, preferring to keep my sensitivity to myself. However as a result of a personal trauma,
A little over a decade ago, I found that I could no longer ignore the calling of my soul, which was telling me that there was more to my life than the mundane reality I knew at that time. I began a journey of self-discovery and self-realisation. On this path I uncovered the beauty and simplicity of Spiritual Healing and for this reason I decided to become a healer. I trained for 4 years
with The Healing Trust ….Formally The National Federation Of Spiritual Healers (UK) During which time my sensitivity also increased, making me aware that I was a natural medium.
My main profession was as a uniform cap designer in the family business of Meades Uniform Hats. This business has been in existence for over one hundred and fifty years and I am the fourth generation in the family to carry this craft forward. Although I loved this work, my love for healing was greater and due to the demands on my time I found it too difficult to keep both going at the same time. For this reason I made the decision some years ago to leave the family business and open my own healing centre at Tullywood Lodge.
Like many healers it has been my dream to open my own healing centre where I can provide ‘sacred space’ for all who wish to come for healing.
Alongside this I wanted to provide workshops / courses / classes to assist clients on their own path to personal and spiritual development.
This dream  has now became a reality and I am delighted to say that as each day passes more and more people come to the centre……proving to me I have made the right decision.
